I grew up in Romania, raised by parents who were avid lovers of nature. Before I knew the words Ayurveda or plant medicine, I was already living them — walking forests, learning wild plants, trusting that nature holds answers long before science thinks to ask the questions.
When I moved to the United States over twenty years ago, the transition cost me more than I had anticipated. Living in chronic stress with little community, my body eventually said enough — and I developed a full, debilitating chronic condition that changed the course of my life.
What followed was twenty years of dedicated study: certifications in integrative wellness, mentorship from globally recognized thought leaders in mind-body medicine, holistic wellness and consciousness based healing, co-creating an online global community for people navigating chronic conditions, and founding a local group rooted in Blue Zones principles.
This understanding lives at the core of everything I do.
Fitness matters. Movement matters. But the nervous system is the foundation everything else is built upon. For most people, it remains entirely unaddressed — and it is precisely why so much effort yields so little lasting change.
This is the missing piece. And this is where my work begins.
Life is not happening to me — I am happening to life. Every day is entered with intention, savored with presence, and lived with an open heart.
My world is built on deep, meaningful connection — with family, friends, and the communities I am privileged to be part of.
Joy is not a mood. It is my ground.
After navigating a chronic condition, I no longer take a single breath for granted. Presence is not a practice — it is my natural state. Gratitude is not something I reach for; it overflows. If you had asked me years ago what a clean bill of health would look like lived fully — this is it. I am not imagining it. I am living it.
The truest freedom.
To live as your whole, undivided self — not the fragmented parts shaped by pain, conditioning, or the weight of old wounds — is the deepest liberation there is. It brings to the surface the self that was always there: untouched, unwounded, entirely real.
The greatest pursuit of all.
Nothing compares to the expansion of consciousness — understanding the depths of existence, dissolving limitation, and embodying the wisdom that transforms not only my own life, but the lives of every soul I have the honor of serving.
